Move with purpose as we team up with Lululemon Ambassador Kay Marie Fit for a special Move for More edition of Sweat on the Ship.

This energizing mat-based strength workout is designed to build total-body strength through intentional movement, leaving you feeling empowered, challenged, and inspired. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking for your next challenge, all fitness levels are welcome with options to modify or progress throughout class.

Together, we're proving that movement can create a greater impact beyond ourselves. As part of this event, we'll be hosting a food drive to support our local community. We encourage attendees to bring non-perishable food donations and help us move for something bigger.

Join us aboard the USS Yorktown for a morning of strength, connection, and giving back—because every rep has the power to make a difference.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time to park and make your way to the flight deck—it's a longer walk than you might expect!

This is a rain or shine event. We have a rain plan in place, so the workout is happening regardless of the weather.
